Van Hire with Tow Bar

Does anyone know of a van hire company who hire (preferably LWB) transits or similar with tow bars?

Let's narrow the geographical location down a tad shall we - am based West of London but will travel (not to Wick!) for a trannie with a tow bar!

I'd need the van for some bulky items. I thought there were vans that could tow a decent sized trailer. Maybe I was wrong!

We may just hire a van and tow it with a 4x4 separately.

No issues on licence
