I went to see a bmw 2004 320i auto car with just 54 k mileage yesterday quoting 2,500 pounds

The car had the following advisory on last mot

how serious are they and how much would it cost to get it sorted?
The windscreen he said he would get it sorted from insurance company

nearside front lower suspension arm has slight play in a ball joint (2.4.g.2)
offside front lower suspension arm has slight play in a ball joint (2.4.g.2)
windscreen has damage to an area less than a 40mm circle outside zone 'a' (8.3.1d)
rear registration plate deteriorated but not likely to be misread (6.3.1d)
nail in offside front tyre
under-trays fitted obscuring some underside components
engine covers fitted obscuring some components in the engine bay
front discs lipped

Thanks
