Moss on Mille Miglia: Time For Tea?

Still regarded as one of Moss's greatest achievements, the man himself celebrates 60th anniversary of his win

The story of Stirling Moss's celebrated victory in the Mille Miglia 60 years ago is one told in many ways over the years, most notably by his co-driver and Motorsport correspondent Denis Jenkinson. If you've never read his contemporary account it's well worth digging out.

For now this lush video by Petrolicious and supported by Mercedes is pretty much as good as it gets, featuring Moss himself, his famous '722' 300SLR and contributions from Vic Elford, Jochen Mass, Brian Redman and more besides.
