Child Safe Guarding

The motor trade has good and bad. I have conducted in-depth research on this topic and in the highly unlike scenario that a buyer decide to take revenge I would like to keep my children out of it. So to protect them I will not meet potential buyers or viewings at my home. I will happily agree to meet at say, local super market etc. I hope you understand this request as sadly, not everyone is as kind as we are.
Surely any prospective purchaser would want to view the V5 with the current address before purchasing and therefore any buyer would definitely have the details to 'take revenge'?

It makes no sense to me, but would like to be educated. Otherwise I will just have to assume this is one of those weird A2 drivers off of the weird owners website. (Yes we have an A2 biggrin )

Also I find it odd that a private seller only wants Paypal funds and not cash at a cost of about £130 to him.
