Has anyone heard of Promotyres

I am on the lookout for a couple of Yokohama Geolanders and came across this site. They are a good price and free delivery but I've never heard of them. It seems there site, although a co.uk, is hosted in Bulgaria. I know there is a guy on here that does tyres if anyone can point me that way. Thanks
