Spotted the programme tonight . Thieving dealer well worth sticking on planner.

Moderator edit: no need to name and shame those not reported in programme.

There is no denying what they were up to so they deserve to be exposed . Hopefully ( though I doubt it) they clean up thier act

I enjoyed that, thanks for pointing it out. I'm alway surprised how nice and reserved people are after realising they are being scammed, takes a level head. I suppose the times he's had to give cash refunds with a claw hammer precariously near his head never make it to tv shows.

Utter Coward legging it through the showroom when the cameras were on him. Had an absolute stack of cars in there too. Id be straight round there now removing my car if it was there. Mind you I bet this is nothing new and other (as I mentioned at the start) are up to the same. No regulation is the problem with some of these dealers

I sold my porsche to this guy directly, none of this sale and return.. cheque bounced.. blah blah blah, received another cheque which cleared, luckily my drama lasted just over a week. When the cheque bounced i googled and found a horror story where some poor guy on sale or return was getting the run around, which made me very nervous..

Months later my mate was then selling his car, zero interest on here or autotrader, so he went to williams, I warned him to only sell direct due to the horror story i had found, but unfortunately he did the sale or return.. car sold straight away and payment was to be spaced over 3 payments (god knows why), took close to a year to get it all back... every excuse under the sun was made not to pay, blamed it on his payments lady(not that he ever had one), only when it came to breaking point did the cash come..

Expect alot of angry sellers contacting this douchebag today
What a Scum bag this thread needs to keep running. These car dealers need more regulation, the financial industry is full of it. On the subject of Porsche most Specialists now take the FCA regulation seriously (apart from the so called Air cooled specialist in North Essex I mentioned earlier. Basically if they cant demonstrate some form of regulation then walk. I found out the hard way too by trusting someone I thought I knew
