Do you have one?

Either an ultra rare car you would like to own or perhaps a version of a car that is only rumored to exist.

My examples aren't really that exciting I'm afraid.

An Australian special edition MGTF made in very limited numbers. A few are rumored to have stayed in the UK. I got wind of one once but it had been sold when I got to the garage. I still don't know if it was one or not.

Another MG I'm afraid. By he rumored MGF 160 - not the trophy but a normal spec model with the Trophy engine. Rumoured to exist. They are listed at the DVLA but it could be an admin error and they could be ordinary Trophy models. Like all good myths, I know a bloke who knew a bloke who worked at a Rover dealer who had one.

The last one the Range Rover Olympic. A grey 2 door made for a motor show. A couple were made. I've seen photos of one in a delapidated state.

So do you have a motoring Holy Grail? Perhaps a rumored model of car that you'd like to own.

It doesn't have to be exotic, it could be a Fird or a Ferrari

As for how many? Nobody seems quite sure, but less than ten survived...
You can't leave it at that. What is it? The intakes in the rear suggest there's a motor in there like the Renault 5.

As said, it's an RS1700T. After the project was cancelled Ford had 200 Cosworth BDT engines kicking around, these formed the power supply for the next Ford rally car, along with some chopped down Sierra doors and a Sierra windscreen...

Thanks for that. Bit of Ford history I knew nothing about..
