Cars converted to pick ups

So while out the other day I spotted this. Trundling through the parked cars is its nose peaks out from the traffic. At first I thought that's a lovely E24 six series, then I spot the back





So can anyone find any conversions that actually look good and don't seem like a waste of a good car? Or something equally awful accepted too
