Hi folks,

About 10 minutes before my driver collected me to take me to LHR yesterday, there was a loud bang at the front drivers side of my car and it dropped quite obviously. My un-educated guess is either ball joint or Spring have snapped. Fortunately, the car is on my driveway, so no major concern. However, I'm out of the country all week and have AA Relay / Home Start etc through my bank account. Does anyone know if I have to be physically with the car in order to get it recovered to my local garage? I don't want to phone hem and ask in case I show my hand and they then refuse to do it when I get back to the UK next weekend (just my luck!).

For clarity, I'm not trying to do anything dodgy; just wondering if they will recover my car without me being present!
