Voluntary Termination PCP Mercedes Benz

Can I ask please. I've followed all the leagal beagle advice on sending a VT to Mercedes for a PCP at 50%. I did this last week, chased yesterday and told they take around a week to send out a 'pack' that I need to sign else they said I can't terminate.

I just wanted to ask others experience with Mercedes doing this. My car is under mileage and in good condition.

I understand I should not have to sign anything as I sent the request to terminate to them, so I wondered if anyone else had refused to sign what they send and what happened from doing so.

I need the car gone the end of next week so don't want to hold things upany longer as they are dragging their heals even sending this out, but also don't want to set myself up for a fall by signing any rights away when the form does arrive.
