I need a car to do my daily 70 mile A road commute in and also general dutys to go along with the wife's mk7 golf.

I don't want to spend more than 5k but would love to spend less and ideally I'd like 30+ mpg more the better and don't want to be servicing it every 6 months.

I've been looking at w211 wagons with the 320 cdi but seemingly you should only buy 56 plate or newer and that's stretching the money or 200k miles+. I'd like comfy bit of poke and something that isn't full of Bork

I like most makes bar Vauxhall I can't stand orange digital displays (stupid I know)

Must admit I'm confused as to specs is it a sport or a sport pack and what it actually entails !

Less than budget 4750 and it's done 97k with full mb history so all in all not bad I don't think. The las I bought it off paid 6500 10 months ago.
Its standard spec I think bar the nav
Now time to look for a remap wink

Car seems rust free as far as I can tell but I'm no expert!
