new tyres whats good?

Seems previous owner of my car didnt like getting his alignment sorted as it had a stance more like Tyrion Lannister so now the new tyres he fitted are seriously heavily worn on the shoulders so while they have still got 5mm or so left in some parts they certainly dont all over.

I need 225/45 R17 91W fronts and 245/40 R17 91W rears is it worth sticking with moe labeled stuff or is that worthles?

Think i will go for ps4's 460 fitted not cheap but not too bad

From what ive read the ps4 replaces the ps3 and is better than the ss in 99% of situations (track) but the ss is superceded by the sc2 for track use.
