Surprised this one doesn't appear to have its own thread already, but here goes.

Some of you may recall the Top Gear Limousine Challenge, in which James May took an Alfa Romeo 164 and a Saab 900, cut the boots off both and welded them together - which worked because the two cars both sat on the same basic platform. This is not the first example by any means - I recall seeing a 2CV double-ender in Paris in 1989. I've since seen other examples on t'interweb, including VW Beetles and Campervans, a Rover 75 and a very good Morris Minor. Any other examples that either have been or could/should be done? The more absurdly amusing, the better!

I'm in two minds about that Rover, mainly because I like 75s a lot... but it's a remarkable piece of workmanship considering there's hardly a straight line in the 75!
