So bizarre, that I just had to share it with someone. If you're the driver of a white Polo GTI that was filling up at Shell on the A31 earlier today, I feel for you.

This chap and his other half pulled into the pump next to me whilst I was filling up. Out of nowhere some woman, must've been in her 40s or 50's comes storming over filming them on her phone. At first I thought she knew them or something? But she certainly made her intentions clear by focusing on the reg plate, and getting both their faces in. From what I remember of the whole incident, it went on a little something like this:

Her: "You're going to KILL someone driving like that! I have my child in my car!"

Him: "What are you talking about? You were tailgating me so I braked?

Her: "Well what about the roundabout you cut me up on!"

There was a little arguing, I was a bit worried as it was close to my car and a little bit awkward stood there as they're having some barmy. Trying not to listen in really, doing the British thing, and then:

Her: "Is it because I'm driving a foreign car, are you a racist? is that how you get your kicks is it?"

Okay, now I'm listening in on this.

Her: "You know what you must have a TINY TINY COCK. You're a "

At this point, there are children walking by that she's totally ignoring whilst blasting expletives about this mans genitalia and dropping the c-bomb. Bloke stood there and didn't rise to it, just told her she was embarrassing herself (Must've took all the self control in the world). Then his Mrs gets out, starts filming her and telling her to back away from him as she was pretty much in his face with a phone by this point.

Her: "You must only be with him for his money! I BET SHES ONLY WITH YOU FOR THE MONEY YOU "

Wow, two C-Bombs now. We both went and paid at the same time whilst she was having it out with his Mrs in the Forecourt. I asked him what he'd done "I have no idea mate, apparently I cut her up on a roundabout but I don't remember. She's been following me for MILES!"

At this point I look out the window and the woman's son has appeared, he cant be any more than 10, and he's dragging his Mum away. Poor bloody kid! Anyway she disappeared, and I didn't get a chance to see what her "Foreign" car was but undoubtably more foreign than a Polo?

Anyway, I don't know what to say really. It was such a bizarre experience (and quite funny in many ways) that I just had to share with you, I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it myself.

Here's hoping she uploads the footage somewhere, as she filmed the whole harassment herself. And if you are on here, I'll happily be a witness to that if anything else come of it.

Let's just share a moment for her husband...
Unless he's the one who put her in that mood? If he's still alive and not chopped up in her freezer that is.

Thats Bizarre..can I share another bizarre occuarance that happened last week to me last week? (first person to say "cool starry bra" deduct 10 originality points)

Driving along the road I start to close on a car who is doing about 10mph less than the posted limit.. then the slow moving car puts its hazard lights on.. I think hmmm is the car in front breaking down? and so I stay hanging back ready for the car in front to expire.

Hazard lights go off and we carry on to the roundabout (slowly) ..nothing coming from the right but the car in front stops and I stop behind it, driver is gesticulating now...

Car in front pulls away...brakes hard on the roundabout for no reason and I'm stationary as I'm waiting for a car to pass from the right..

I carry on and catch back up with the car who is still doing 10mph less than the speed limit...leaving a big gap due to the car in fronts erratic driving... then the brake testing starts.. I ignore and keep my distance .... the car in front is now doing 10 mph...

I find a safe gap, overtake and carry on - car is now up my bumper...

So I stop in the middle of the road and get out.. walk over to the crazy car to be confronted with a white haired old lady in her 70's who is already head out of the window shouting "that was your fault! you were pushing me to break the speed limit"

Using as much self control as I can to remain polite I ask "are you crazy? I was nowhere near you and you are the one in control of your speed not me!"

She starts again with "that was your fault! you were pushing me to break the speed limit"

I explain to her that trying to brake test people wont end well for her , that I have the whole incident recorded on the camera if she wants to go to the police and that she should consider handing in her licence and letting a taxi do her driving for her as she's clearly un-fit to drive.

Walking back to my car i can still hear her yelling and tooting the horn I just got in my car and drove away

MENTAL!

Mandatory retest at 65 every 3 years - Yes please...
I had a girl hold her middle finger up at me as I overtook her on a dual carriageway last week. I still am completely clueless as to what I did! It's an odd odd world.

This is why I try my utmost not to engage with people on the road. You just don't know how angry/mad/unhinged/stupid the person you're dealing with is. Life is far less stressful now I've concluded that 90% of the drivers and mostly population are utter aholes biggrin
She's lucky she didn't come across some equally deranged bloke! The guy had the patience of a saint.

The most telling thing about it all - first thing she did was get her phone out and film the whole encounter.

World is feeling more and more like an episode of Black Mirror.

She went full 8 year old keyboard warrior to his face though, it was a sight to behold. The fact her child was the adult in the situation though, madness.

I'm just gutted the guy who was in the Polo GTI isn't on here. I'm starting to think the whole thing was a bad dream, but I know it wasn't, as I can still see her shouting the words "...you have a tiny cock..." every time I close my eyes.
