What always amazes me is for a car that had such a short run how many different variations there were.

Hi there, really fantastic posting.
I particularly enjoyed the interior shots - very rarely seen. I love picture threads like this. You can spend hours trawling the interweb and it's standard library shot one after another. But here, there's far more detail.

Thank you. Brilliant!
Thanks Tigerkoi, just trying to follow in your footsteps.

Sorry if I am boring some people with these pics but I just love the fact that for a car that had such a small run how each one can be so different and still look cool each time.

First off the the "about to take flight shots"

Now a few more interior shots. I like the exposed gear linkage on the races, it just looks tough!!

I can respect that, I too love to wallow in the engineering that makes the Veyron possible but I feel more attached to the single mindedness (is that a real word?) of the F1. Its the sort of thing that just does not happen anymore apart from the likes of Zonda which I think is the real sucessor to the F1

Here are some more of #018 and it's interior; one of my top 5 F1's smile

With a radio, no less! redface

The colour of the alcantara dash in the images is lighter than in real life. In real life, that white would have nearly blinded the driver. It was more a dark ecru, almost tan.
Flemke, I am embarrassed to say this but I have I included your car in the pics on this thread as I don’t know what yours looks like?

According to this the sultan of brunei has or has had 9 F1s http://www.germancarzone.com/pit-general-discussio...
Now that list is just plain silly, does he actually drive any of those cars??? And if I read that correctly he has nine F1's!!!! If he carries on like that soon he will have the whole run. It just seems like such a waste.

I had multiple emails from the seller, Bill Noon, documenting the history of that car as well as the spares package it came with. Seems a bit of an odd one that car; a bit like #27R in the Cars International Kensington showroom = can't [easily and with Mclarens help] convert it for the road, no real race series for the car or 'blue chip' race history; a good track toy but thats about it
What kind of money are they talking?
