PCH deals still worth it?

Whats the opinion on personal contract hire deals these days? Ive noticed a lack of bargin deals but am quite tempted with this?

Im a private user and have never bought a car this way, whats the pro's and con's?

Thanks for the info, so basically if you can find a good deal its not a bad idea.
