Peugeot rear LED flickering?

Someone tell me I'm not the only one who notices a more distinct flickering from the LEDs on the back of the Peugeot 308CC? At least I think it's the 308CC; it's the one that has two 45° strips of LEDs.

All other LED lights don't seem to be too bad but these ones seem to flicker really badly. Am I going mad?
