New pads/disc - loud drone when hot...should I worry?

Pretty much as per title...

Textar/pagid pads, and OEM discs on my standard 997.

Once they get really hot there's quite a drone emanating....is it just the fresh surfaces not bedded in yet and it will get smoother?

Should I have let them bed in a bit longer before going for it?

I was really punishing them in that way i guess, which confused me. Although I was slowing from "fast" to about 40. I'll try slowing to an even slower speed, and from cold
