911 Turbo vs. Turbo S

Been pondering the difference, specifically with the 997.2 model. Any insight?

Google isnt particularly forthcoming on this subject....

Further question, is it possible to source standard Turbo models with some of the S features, presumably they were fitted as options? e.g. PTV

Personally, I'm thinking that a 997.2 standard Turbo with some options is the best value, the current Turbo S market is edging close to making a 991 seem like good value!
