Some years ago i promised myself a new or newish 911 to celebrate my 50th birthday, and the time has arrived. The 911 has always appealed and it's 16 years since I sold my old 1991 C2. So, the question is which of the current offerings do i buy with a view to keeping the thing for five maybe as long as eight years. With a 100k budget do i buy a used turbo, go mad and buy a turbo 's' or act my age and either order a new 3.4 carrera or find a demo that fits the bill and put the change in the bank ?
What I'm looking for is help and inspiration please, what would you buy ? ……Oh, and a coupe not a cabriolet…….Thanks chaps.

Sounds like this could be the one - 50th Anniversary - possibly collectible in the future, looks fantastic and drives superbly.
