997 seats into 996?

Anyone have any experience of this? Have done a search with no success. Considering getting another 996 turbo but the only thing I struggled with was the seats on any trip of an hour or more. Didn't have the same problem with my 997 C2S. Would rather not get non-OEM buckets for ease of everyday use. Wondering about whether 997 seats would bolt straight in and issues with wiring, side airbags etc.
