Retro fit a 2nd hand pse on my 997.1 c4s

Hi guys,
I bought my c4s back in aug and compromised on the pse as I found a car with pccb's which looked the business. I have costed up retro fitting a pse with an OPC as car is under warranty but the cost is close to 3k.
My car has done 45k miles and I've offered a 2nd pse off a car that's done 20k miles. I'd obviously have the labour costs but is this something you would consider doing?
I would plan on getting it refurb end first then fitted by an opc.

Thanks guys. I've got hold of quite a few extra pics and sent them over to mike @ sports and classic. He's pricing up the job so is looking promising. My Porsche warranty is up for renewal in March so am planning on getting the PSE on, using all OE parts, then getting reassessed with 111 point check for extension.
Can anyone here see an issue with this. Will the OPC know via some central system that the exhaust was not fitted at an OPC or will they validate that all parts are OE and in full working order?
FYI my warranty is already fully paid for another 20 odd months.
