Currently running a 56 plate 997.1 C4S Cabriolet for 2.5 years. Great car. Now has 74k miles. Wondering if it's time to sell and move on?

It's under OPC warranty through to June next year. No burning desire to sell but there are a few things on my mind:

1. The OPC warranty has provided excellent value. Nothing really serious but the last year or so has involved a few OPC visits.
2. The inevitable scored bores concern.
3. With the OPC warranty expiring in June next year (at 9.5 years old) the above two become more of an issue.
4. Like the idea of holding on to it but unfortunately we're not in an 'at any cost' environment here.

What would you do?

... but you did ask!
Indeed I did... What if it wasn't a cab? and wasn't 4WD?

Fifth engine actually... have used the full allocation for the season! Also, to clarify, at least half of those miles were on tow because the engine popped.

Nah, in all seriousness... I've never looked into it. How would I find out whether the engine was replaced? I picked the car up at 40k miles in part ignorance, part warranty safety net, so didn't ask.
