996 3.6 Mayo in cap a big problem?

Hi guys first step in buying a 996 C:4 seen a very nice one but Mayo milky crap in oil filler cap, the car hasn't been used much over winter and has only done 1000 miles since Dec . Owner says no loss of coolant and car was serviced 2000 miles ago.
Is this just vapour build up or a first tell tale head gasket failure, car is 90k 2002 3.6 C4
What do you guys reckon ?
