If rumours are correct that the 991.2 GT3 will be a manual and naturally aspirated, can we expect 991.1 GT3 cars to take a hit in value back down nearer the £100k mark for a relatively low mileage RHD example? And similarly will the value of the 991.1 GT3 RS take a tumble nearer to £150k? RS values are already slowly falling closer to £200k....

Personally I can see this happening as however much hype there is, a new 911 is not a £300-400k car, therefore meaning that the next, greatest model will surely have to sit at the price point which the existing cars are sitting at. And the current cars values will drop accordingly.

Obviously this post doesn't count the 911R as it is already an anomaly, in the less limited, limited run GT Porsche car range!!

Would love to hear everyones thoughts.

I don't see current 991 GT3's coming off that much....car market despite what people say is still pretty solid with good cars selling in no time at all. I find following dealers Twitter feeds or even watching one or two specialists stock closely gives you a good insight. You get to see what sells quickly or not at all....JZM are still selling cars pretty quickly as a rule.

Sure RS's are coming off but that is to be expected as supply/demand balances out. I do see 991.2 GT3's in manual form fetching a premium to other 991 GT3's though.

More interesting question perhaps is what happens to 997.2 GT3/RS Prices as they caught a bid as the last of the manual GT3. Personally I don't see them budging too much either! Hardly ever more than a handful on the market.

I totally disagree. I follow all dealers on twitter/instagram etc and I really can't see the prices holding. I don't think cars are selling especially quickly. Nothing like what they were.
