991.2 GT3 - Colours. Spec. Q+A. etc etc..
Discussion
Bored of reading about values (please keep them to the other threads) so thought I'd start a new thread where we can post pics of the 991.2 GT3 in different colours, show pics of optional equipment / spec etc, and ask questions / advice relating to building YOUR car. Also, those lucky enough to get a car - lets see your spec!

Yellow looks good too.
I really like the GT3 in yellow - more so than the GT4. Carmine will look fantastic too although not sure on them red-rimmed wheels. Good choice on black headlights. re interior - red roll cage would look ace with harnesses, dials and 12'o clock steering wheel marker but I'm not a huge fan of coloured stitching anymore - can you select dark-grey or black or is it just platinum or red?Pleasure guys!
I wonder if more options will be added in the coming weeks? I remember when the GT4 configurator was live a few more options kept appearing.
Confusing on wheel choices - would like to know what standard finish is like.
For the record - I've no idea if I'll get a car but going to keep the dream alive

That will look great. Personally I'd probably go for the LED headlights with black surround to tie in with the other black accents / door handles etc etc. I'd also like to see what the standard finish is like on the wheels. Love the bright finish of the 991R wheels and wonder if "satin aluminium" would be the same?GT silver

Wheel colour? Platinum wheels would be great with that spec. Blacks a departure for you isn't it Phooey?
I think Mexico or riviera would be great on this car.
I've gone for silver wheels - seeing them on a black 991 R made my mind up. re body colour - tough choice but black won in the end. Yellow probably a close 2nd. PTS doesn't really interest me when there are some good colours as standard but if going PTS I would probably go Gulf orangeI think Mexico or riviera would be great on this car.
CCB technology has come on quite a lot recently hasn't it? With regards to "less initial bite" - I thought Porsche had one of the best CCB set ups in a production car? I've heard mixed reviews from other manufacturers (McLaren?) re low-speed pedal feel but didn't think the latest gen of PCCB's suffer this? And re "track use kills them" - yeah maybe if you're a heavy track user, but then if you are you should probably be using aftermarket kit anyway? There's other benefits of CCB's too like unsprung weight, pad longevity and lack of brake dust. I'm not saying they're exactly vfm at £6.5k lol but they are fast gaining in popularity and desirability and I am a CCB fan boy so there
