I don't know whether this has been done before, but apart from derailing another topic, or disturbing the appreciation thread from just having some amazing 997 Photos, I thought I would start this one. I know I have lots to rabble on about and ask questions of other people in, exhausts, coilovers, suspension, ICE you name it all on the list.

So here we go... just awaiting the new boots to turn up for mine. PS4S all round, that's £2300 I've handed over on Michelin products in the past week and a bit. Excited to get them on though.

Anyway, aftermarket exhaust chat anyone? 200 Cel Cats?

977.1 C2S for me.

I think I have come to the conclusion I'd like the Topgear switchable mufflers, I have spent too many days reading about it, I posted on the 997 Carrera Owners UK group too and some people posted some vids. I'll say Headers, 200 Cel Cats and the X-Pipe sounded way too lairy for me, even if you can shut the valves.

So mufflers decided upon, its really whether I add the 200 Cel Cats with the cross over pipes too, which I assume takes out the centre muffler?

Batteries can be fickle things at times, I had to do the same on my Mini, battery wasn't even that old it just didn't go anywhere for a while and it was done.

I thinkI have come to the conclusion that I am going to go for the TopGear valved mufflers and 200 Cel Cats with the cross over pipe, I think it should be on the right side of the lairy scale, we'll find out I guess.

Ahhhh I had not realised that, I thought there was a 3rd muffler that the crossover pipe removes also?
