Does anyone on here own the 997.2 gt3 Riviera blue car sold / advertised a number of years back by Richard Grace Cars?

Thanks, from what I have worked out there’s 3.

Two I listed above and the press car, I’m not sure if that Phil Morrison owns one of these or there mentioned may be another.

3 delivered out of the 130 were RB plus the Press Car.

Jonny’s was the RG car.
Less desirable than mine as didn’t have the black wheel option

As I said earlier it’s in a collection I believe.

Ah yes.. now I remember Mine was too expensive also.
Well, it sold and I bought it back a second time, only to foolishly sell again (for an even higher price.)
I know mine is now in a collection ‘tomb’ and the owner wouldn’t sell - even for £150k
Theses type of cars only come up for sale one in a blue moon. If it’s available the price becomes very much secondary..

I bought Phil's car from him, kept it for 5.5 years & sold it back to him during the first lockdown.

Looks a beauty. Something about the earlier 911 gt cars in Carrara white, it shows the lines perfectly.

I would happily buy on condition and as long as the price reflects the current market. I’ve never been one to rush, let’s see what becomes available, I’m going to go up and look at the black car a jzm but concerned it doesn’t have lift.

Ideally the car would have buckets and lift as a minimum.

I see he mentions 3 not 4 cars, no idea which car this is for sale as it has a blue cage.

He also mentions his is a holy grail which it isn’t.
It’s modified ( lightly ) and not exactly one owner from new with also a fair mileage on it.
There are 3 production cars and one press car so 4 in total.
2 had steels ( mine was one of them ) don’t know offhand what Jonny’s had.
My cage was black as I think the press cars was but I know some opted for blue.
Not for me to say but I think £140k is on the high side but who knows when the next RB one will come up for sale , even assuming it does.

The Richard Grace Cars car had steels, but a black cage. When they had it for sale it looked immaculate and had around 11k miles. If that’s the same car (hopefully not) it’s been modded, cage replaced or painted, tracked / drifted and used in the snow / salt looking at its current owners instagram.

Either way it’s a lovely colour and interesting price.

According to NXI who said "Pretty sure it wasn't that car. AIUI, there are 4 Riviera cars; 2 steel & 2 PCCB - mine was a steel car and the press cars are usually PCCB " apparently so.

In which case of the 4 , 3 had steels ( mine ,Jon's and NXI /Phil's ) the Press on ceramics with the other PCCB one which makes...5.

But as only 4 of them I'm getting confused !

Makes sense to me, I thought the car currently for sale was Jonny old car. If it isn’t there does appear to be more than 4.

It’s not far off 997.2 gt3 RS money, my bet is your money would be safer in the RS than this one.

It will sell, but to a limited audience.
