Is TPMS standard or option on Cayman S 981?

I am looking into getting a set of winter wheels for my new Cayman S which arrives Dec this year..

Looking at my Cayman Brochure which I must admit I picked up when 981 was launched last year and it says that TPMS is an option but on the configurator it says it is standard?

Have they changed the spec of this from launch or is one incorrect?

If it is std. what errors do you get when you put a set of wheels that don't have TPMS sensors in them?

Is it possible to run a winter wheel set without sensors installed? Any way to disable the monitoring?

Is it just a warning message you get?

Is there a way you can tell if a set of wheels have TPMS externally?

Are the valve stems always those silver ones or can you get the std. black ones that are on most wheels without?
