Had a read of my manual and it mentions it's 6 litre capacity.

Got my message to say it was low so got some winter screen wash to dilute to 1 to 3. Emptied the current tank and cleaned it out with just water (just in case different mixure issues) and then put in approx 2-2.5 litres of screen wash. I then started pouring water in and it was full by the time I put in 0.5 ltr which would suggest the tank is only hold 3 litres of water? So basically my tank is vitually 100% neat with undiluted winter screen wash (I guess it shouldn't freeze then)

Anyone else filled theirs up and how many litres to fill up approx?

PS Mine does not have the PDLS head light wash system (perhaps the 6 ltre tank is if you have this system?)

Says 2.5 litres in the book.
That would be about right then...

Strange how my manual says 6 litres and it also says 6 litres here -

I didn't have any Porsche screen wash and the one I purchased from Halfords was dilute ratio of 1:3 for up to -5 degrees C hence reading manual saying 6 litre tank so putting 2 litres screen wash in....

I usually clean out as I'm ussing different screen wash as past experience is that mixing different solutions can cause clogging of washer jets...

Funny thing is that after I put the stuff in I found that I had some OEM Porsche screen wash that I forgot I had when I had my previous Cayman R which was hiddenaway in the garage!

Didn't know you could even remove the screen wash tank from the car!
Maybe I wasn't clear about what I did... I should of said I filled up with plain water and just run the washers until empty (to flush out) smile

You are right about the dilution ratio... maths not a strong point
