Hello,

I am interested to hear if anyone who has bought or buying a new Cayman 981 this year has achieved any good discounts?

Or when you should be walking into a dealer, month end, year end etc etc

Lastly apart from the turbo engines coming out ( next year !? ) , Porsche don’t have any mk2 versions coming out?

Thank you,

Phil

Thank you for your replies.

Looks like 10% could be gained then.

Can i ask when the next quarter end is?

What do you think to my two specs. The first is full fat, the 2nd one is trying to save some ££

Do you think these levels would be likely on a Spec changeable car?

So Phil have you done a deal yet?
Maybe with one OPC. I am trying to weigh up whether to go 1/2 year old at about 38/40k or try for a big discount and go new build :/

So its come down to the following -

2.7 at around 45k

3.4 S at around 50k

GTS at around 58k

Prices on the used market for a 2014 plate Caymans seem very strong so its hard to work out which one to really go for and which one loose money the slowest!!

Even the 2nd hand market seems very strong, so are you really saving there for 1 / 2 year old car :/
