I currently run a Vauxhall VXR8 which i've owned for 4 years, but i'm considering selling it to buy a Porsche Cayman to be used as a fun weekend car to drive. Having read all the buying guides that go into great detail about the well known IMS problems, would i be right in thinking that a 2010 second generation model such as a 2.9 car would more or less had these issues bred out of them - or are there still other issues to take into account when thinking about buying one these?
