Raised the rear wing to wash the car and will not retract, anyone know how to overcome this issue?

Thanks

Tried driving the car, but a warning came on stating there was a fault with the wing. It told me to slow down too!

The wing does partially operate. It over extends when operated and partially retracts when lowing it.

My service is due at the end of the month therefore I will get the dealer to have a look at it. I will post the result.

Took the car in yesterday and it just needed a software reset.

Driving through a 30mph limit today and the wing has decided to lower itself.

I would appear that the wing is overextending, it’s very visible when driving the car.

Took the car to my local dealer and it appears I need a new motor. The wing raises and lowers itself therefore I assume the controller is integrated with the motor. Two days work apparently, booked in for the middle of June.
