Good morning PHers,

I my 2019 model Cayenne S started suffering out of the blue from a strong pulling to the left.

Porsche have done a wheel alignment and swapped all alloys but to no avail.

The dealership is now offering to swap the entire steering rack for £5,000 as they are not allowed to touch the actual steering column. Add to this the £1,000 already spent and still no idea whether replacing the rack will work, and this is all getting out of hand.

Would anyone have an Indy garage in London / West London to recommend?

Sincerely,

John

Anyone that could recommend a good Porsche Indy in London / West London?

May I ask what steering switch you are referring to?

I don't suppose you've changed the tyres recently? I had a similar issue on my 911 and they'd fitted the wrong spec tyres in a recent change.
Nope, Porsche High Wycombe swapped all 4 wheels from a similar vehicle and the problem remained

do you have extended warranty? wouldnt this be covered under that?
Unfortunately no, I actually booked and am paying for the 111 points test to get this extended warranty on this very visit but this steering wheel issue is failing that test so no warranty either!
