Ferrari 360 clutch wear - acceptable wear?

If buying from a Ferrari dealer at what level of wear would expect the dealer to replace the clutch on a 360 or any Ferrari ?

Seems the readout is 53% wear and the dealer is not willing to change as part of the deal.
