Yes I think it is the same car too! The guy who sold it never mentioned the extra's that are mentioned in the new advert i.e Sat Nav, Carbon bits etc - the initial ebay ad was just very vague.

He won't get a £20k premium IMHO but £13-15k would be very easy for him to make on this

A friend enquired via the new seller on ebay (a dodgy dealer in High Wycombe) and the dealer agreed it was the same car! Here is his response:

"Yes same car and now 140k I want, for that you get normal warranty 5k limit each claim, not that it is needed but there. if you want ferarri warranty it is 4 k extra. the car speaks for it self, it is mint. hard to get lower milage for that price. most for sale at 150k..and the ones for for 140k are high miles and not this colour and spec. low owners as well. only 2"
