360 radio problem

Hi guys. The radio on my 360 has stopped working in that the head unit display is fine but there's no sound from the speakers. Any ideas?

Thanks JR. My car didn't come with a radio/ hi fi user manual. Could you give me more info on the mute buttons or point me in the direction on where I might get hold of a manual..

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I clearly have a loose connection somewhere (although I haven't found it yet) because when I slam the driver's door the radio comes on. If I then turn off the radio it won't come back on again until I slam the door!
