Ferrari 458 Warrenty

I have a 458 which is still covered under manufactures warranty. I recently had my car serviced and informed them of an issue in which I noticed condensation in one of the headlights, I also provided photo evidence.

I was informed by the service team that its something that they see often which is "normal" and as a result is not covered under the vehicle warranty. How in the hell can Ferrari consider this normal?

Anyone else had this problem? And if so was it covered under warranty?
