£200+VAT Labour Rate?

Good evening,
I am having some work done on my 17 488 at my local Ferrari dealership.
I found a piece of paperwork last year that stated that their hourly rate was a lot less than currently quoted.
I am currently being charged / quoted £200+VAT per hour? I won’t name the dealership, but it seems extortionate to me.
Is this the norm? Or shall I be getting quotes off other dealers? I need quite a big job doing to the car so the labour rate is important.
