tags.tiqcdn.com - seems to be slowing PH down significantly today.

I can wait anything up to 3 - 4 secs for the page to draw - and I see "Waiting for tags.tiqcdn.com" in the status bar.

Amazing how often I see this - CDNs being slow and spoiling the site experience.
