Not one of us likes or wants to be forced to sit through a 30 second advert before watching a 20 second clip.

I watched one video, then clicked on another that looked fun, and had another 30 second ad rammed down my throat, I just closed the page and went to youtube.

Wow, you lot really seem to enjoy watching adverts...

The point is if they want "PHTV" to take off the long and compulsory ads will drive people away VERY quickly, myself included.

Thanks for the reply - yes I fully understand the reason they are there, I'm glad to hear that they will be "calmed down" a bit. I just don't want or need to see the same 30 second Dyson advert (or whatever) on EVERY 20 second video i want to watch.

Surely haymarket make enough from the car sales listings to run a small country?!

I understand the need for ads and have fully supported them. However having just had to watch a 30sec clip to see a 4sec video and I still can't see the classifieds or home page reasonably I've put an ad blocker in and I'll not bother with PHTV.

If you want more foot fall to PHTV then DON'T put a 30sec ad on it...!!!
