Advert submit not working. Page 404. free ad?

i am a long term member
I have been trying to submit an advert for my bmw 330ci and it keeps failing at the very last submission point but i get an email saying advert is live.... When you click the link it says "the advert has been withdrawn from pistonheads by the seller"

Any help greatly appreciated.
