Getting logged out regularly,,,

I use several devices to view PH, and all have my password saved. However, quite regularly, maybe a very 4-5 weeks, I get 'logged out' with no warning. Dos this happen just to me or does it happen to everyone?

It's most annoying but I don't know how it occurs. Is there a time limit that ph sets for logins?

Thanks for that but it doesn't answer the particular question. I can be using pH and be logged in, with credentials saved, then bang, not logged in, no username saved etc.

Yep same for me - I took the view that it was the token running out

Happens only the once, maybe 4-6 weeks apart. Then I've got to go looking for the password again.

Logged on for weeks, bang your out. Will be the same on my ipad later I think too.

So when I get logged off, my 'saved' password and username also needs re-inputting.

So it would be easy to say that this is an OS or browser issue, but other cached usernames and passwords are not getting flushed at the same time, just PH.

This is on both Windows 7 SP1 IE 11, and apple IOS/Safari (latest update applied) devices.

Logged in at work all day on PC, works fine.
Get home, iPad logged out, no username or password saved. Despite iPad being fine for weeks. No update or anything on iPad, no other activity since last used, all other saved credentials like Facebook still logged in etc....
