12C Future values
Discussion
Hi guys, sorry to bring up the same old question as all other sub forums, but where do we see the 12c prices going now ?
I have kept half an eye on the market and the doom and gloom that surrounded the 12c and the 458 this time last year where they both looked headed for 100k level does not seem to have materialised, the 12c seems stuck at the 125k mark for the best part of a year, that said there is one private car competitively priced, and it appears McLaren London has started a fairly aggressive pricing campaign.
Any thoughts or comments ? Would it be a safe bet to get in at this level and keep for a year without costing a fortune ?
Also the pricing structure in the classifieds does not seem to follow much logic, private and lhd cars over rhd ? 15k milers over very low mile cars, I don't really buy into the options must have brigade mindset.

Maybe, but not sure I agree entirely, the new P13 ? Is as I understood going to be less of everything in order to compete in the 100-120 sector against the likes of the 911 turbo and new AMG-GT.
Current thought seems to be that in the case of the Merc the old SLS is now gaining in value slightly and will be the more sought after car in the future.
I can see people thinking the same re the P13, fantastic car no doubt but not as good as the real thing.
When you say no used dealer network, why would that matter if you can still buy used cars from and with the support of th new network.
20k loss would be a pisser for sure however I can see a few bargains coming along soon including the one you have pointed out before, suddenly that car does not look as good a value as it did a month or so ago with Mc London offering very close to that level and its only October :-)
