Current 12C's on the Market

Ramping up the search for a 12C and have a good idea of what's out there on the market (both PH and Dealer) and notice that the below has been around for a while - has anyone been to see it/know's it's history? Seems well spec'd, if a little over the mileage I'd ideally like to get?

Mileage wise, I'm just looking to start on low mileage, as I'm pretty sure I'm going to put a fair few on it in 2015

What's the advantage of a 2012 car over a 2011 (bar the age) - does it get IRIS 2?

I think the issue with this car is the lack of a carbon interior upgrade - just doesn't lift the car unless you have this & hence difficult to sell on apparently...

Would be interested to hear the deals on offer/done - I'm in the middle of negotiations and have been offered 6k off a 12 coupe.

Needs a few options retro fitted and hence want to see what's been thrown in on top of that? Looks to be IRIS II and a service from the thread?

PS - Ferdi your car looks stunning having also just come out of a 997 GT3 RS, I only hope I've made the right decision!
