Agree it will always depreciate from new and in the short term but so did 430 scuderia.
I would say its far more than a highly competent car and is most definitely under appreciated/valued but because of the growing brand/future demand and being built in such small numbers in real terms it does make it a strong proposition for a future classic even if its not in my lifetime
You need to have vision with these things and I'm amazed at the reaction I get particularly with the younger generations ( future car buyers ) with the McLaren versus the Ferrari.

There are probably 5 or 6 458's to every 12C/650S and that's exclusivity for you.

McLaren is hardly bringing out 8 models a year ???!
3,500 12C and 2,500 650S worldwide is hardly Audi numbers.

The only reason Mclarens will be everywhere is because they have the best product and will be conquesting other supercar buyers.
