So enjoying the first few days of ownership and one thing that slightly bugs me is the immobiliser fob, it's currently held onto the key ring with an elastic band as there is no hole or lanyard to put it on your keys. In the grand scheme of things it shouldn't bug me, but it does.

Anyone have a neat solution?

Double sided sticky tape attaching it to the key on my 570S although my 650s has a separate leather pouch
Leather pouch sounds like the sort of thing I'm after, got a pic?

Keep mine in my wallet, never with keys.
If it was a daily driver then agreed, but as a weekend toy I'm more likely to have my wallet stolen and then have to pay for a new fob! There is a leather specialist near me, I'll ask if they can make be something up.

No. Great in theory but not practical in reality.

If someone wants the cars badly enough they will break into the house or bash me over the head and get both key and card anyway.

Its a bit of a silly system really
My lambo isn't insured if they find out the fob is attached to the key. You are meant to keep them separate at all times.
Correct Sir. I think you'll find that is a pretty standard condition, certainly is with all the cars I've had with a tracker for insurance.
Good to know! In that case I'll think of a solution to keep it off the keys, thanks.
