...did/do you detour round Rouen?

Do you think it is worth a detour around, or did you get through easily enough?

Friday evening for me I'm afraid.

I was thinking of staying on the A29 (Le Havre road) until Yvetot, then diving down the D131/D490/D131/D913/D313, crossing the Seine at Pont de Brotonne (which looks nice and fast) and rejoining the A28 at Bourg-Achard....

Madness?

...well we did the Pont de Brotonne route (there and back) and it is slow and crowded and terrible... DON'T GO THAT WAY!
