How do you know the Group C cars are there again this year, nothing on here to suggest that they are going to be there unfortunately
Sorry, my steam powered laptop had pulled up a programme from previous 24hr and I got all excited!! Seems they have the Aston festival thing and a Legends race for '49 - '68 motors so GT40's, 908's and such like, field of 61 cars. Unless of course I've found yet another old web page!!FredericRobinson said:

Sorry about the Lotus but a good friend of mine ran the Jetalliance team for a number of years. I was also lucky enough to get AMR VIP hospitality (awesome) when a good friend of my travel partner drove for the Young Driver team (and later also the LMP1)

Much prefer the older cars to Group C in terms of racing, they're invariably raced much harder while most of the group C cars are just cruising around.
Great news about Aston, I really want to hears that LMP1 scream again.
The Saubers have been racing hard in particular Bob Berridge hasn't been hanging aroundGreat news about Aston, I really want to hears that LMP1 scream again.

That might be true, but the Group C cars seem to make a very small and spread-out field and I'm afraid haven't generated the spectacle I've hoped for in the past. Still great to see, don't get me wrong. To be fair the Aston festival is more of a posh trackday than a race and could have the same criticism leveled at it, but I love the cars so much I just don't care.

Ah that's a shame, enjoyed seeing them last year.Be good to see a field of '49 - '68 motors though!

You can either focus on the great driver or the awful crash. Unfortunately the two are linked.
Always the great driver I got it as a tribute but also because I had the 97 aswell. The other 95 is the class winner from 2014 as it was my first year I wanted to collect all the class winners. Just the #51 Ferrari left to get
