Never watched any of them, there's a car race on.......
Agree , but as its just over the Dunlop Bridge, I have watched The Stanglers there, where else to get to see groups for free , then I go back to the track and watch more racing Even popped over and watched Earth Wind and Fire the other year for 10 mins they sounded good but not at motor race, missed Jamiroquai when they was there
Would to see some old rockers like Status Quo and the like all for free at the greatest race in the world
well there is a certain band starting a world Tour soon..... and the lead singer likes his cars?
i'm sure if someone nudged Brian Johnson he'd come on here and think..'you know what, 7 June Zurich, 19 June Cologne..hmmm few days spare there?'
maybe the Stranglers need some cash?
looking at the general direction the ACO have been going the last few years i see no way they'll pay for a top line act when people will still go anyway.

I've been going 15 years - and never seen the band.
I must have been otherwise preoccupied with a race or something.
Is that what blooming noise is, could they stop while the bands are on I must have been otherwise preoccupied with a race or something.

You are so more LM than anyone else.I must have been otherwise preoccupied with a race or something.
I just don't understand why anyone would want to watch a concert in the middle of a race.
It is probably just me.
Camping in TR you have to walk past the band on the way to or from the circuit so usually see/hear some of the performance each night they are on, however in recent years the amount of non racing on the track has increased and often spend a few minutes watching, safety cars followed by a stream of slow moving race cars are not that exciting and there is a loo very close to the stage so two things at once

Nah. The most 'Le Mans' type guy I ever met had been going for 55 years or so.
